The World of Water Terms of Business
These terms and conditions of sale are for our internet customers. Different terms are applicable to customers who purchase through our retail showrooms.

To make a purchase, just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Shopping cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Pay Pal Payment at present but credit or debit card payment using MasterCard, Solo, Switch or Visa will be available in the very near future. Monies can also be transferred directly into our account, please contact us for more information.
All items remain the property of Aquaxtream Ltd until paid for in full.
You may cancel your order at any time between the day the order is placed and the end of the 7th working day following the day on which your goods are received. Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must in perfect condition. Please call us to arrange collection of the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely to our warehouse. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation, less any delivery costs incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Please note the money back guarantee does not apply to goods made to order.
Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing or if this is not possible sign the proof of delivery note as "Unchecked". You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if goods are damaged or missing.
To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we send fragile items via careful, door-to-door delivery service. Delivery outside the UK is possible; please contact us on info@theworldofwater.com for more information.
As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, our standard delivery service (7-14 days unless otherwise stated) is included at no extra charge for orders over £400 to mainland UK addresses (call us for a price for non-mainland deliveries).
Alternatively, if a product is in stock you can opt for a priority delivery service: 2-3 working days (4-7 working days for addresses in Scotland). The additional cost for this will depend on the products you order. If goods are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes.
If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas warehouse shutdown period, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. You will be given further information about this before you place your order.
Please note all orders totalling £400 and under will incur a minimum delivery charge. NB. We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however in case of unexpected delay please do not book your plumber until goods have been safely received complete and in perfect condition.
For bulky orders, please ensure that someone is available to help the driver move the goods from the delivery van to your premises.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order this for you and you will be given the option to cancel your order should you wish to not wait.
Your credit card payment is taken securely via Pay Pal. Items will only be delivered to the registered cardholders address.
All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. On some products there is an extended guarantee, and in such cases the extended period is outlined in the product\'s description. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We store lists of email addresses that we use to send out information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive such emails, we will remove them if you email us at info@theworldofwater.com. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. Online payment can be made using Pay Pal. Payments via VISA, MasterCard, Switch and Solo will be available in the near future via a secure weblink. Alternatively, monies can also be transferred into our account. Please contact us for more information.
- Please note that order only items are subject to a 20% deposit which is non-refundable should the order be cancelled after 48 hours.
- Delivery time for special order products is approximately 2-6 weeks.
